Wilton Adjustment Service, Inc., ("WAS") started in 1977 as a sole proprietorship founded by Tom Wilton of Fairbanks, Alaska. In July 1980, the Anchorage office opened after three years of steady growth. WAS incorporated in 1993 with expanded offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks to serve all corners of the great state of Alaska with an experienced, professional staff.
WAS is a multi-line adjusting service which represents both international and national insurance companies as well as self-insured entities throughout Alaska. Our staff includes specialists in worker's compensation, general liability, property, heavy equipment and automobile appraisals.
Alaska is a large, diverse state which, if divided in two, would make Texas the USA's third largest state. WAS adjusters travel everywhere in Alaska to successfully settle claims on behalf of our clients. Our staff is one of the largest, most experienced and efficient in Alaska.
