When Electronic Restoration is an option, TechLoss gives you choices.
Need total project management, repairs, or just renovation? You now have a choice of three customized restoration options that fit your needs!
Restoration Services:
Service 1: Technical Restoration of Equipment
- Pick-Up of insured’s equipment
- Restoration of all equipment regardless of RCV/ACV.
- Storage of the equipment in a temperature controlled environment for up to 30 days after the restoration process is complete.
Service 2: Technical Restoration with Engineer Support
- Pick-up of insured’s equipment.
- Restoration of equipment based on ACV’s or RCV’s. Only items that can be economically restored will be restored.
- Power-on test of equipment prior to items being returned.
- Disposal of items not restored or non functional at client’s request.
- Like-kind and quality replacement costs on all non-repairable items.
- Storage of the equipment in a temperature controlled environment for up to 30 days after the restoration process is complete.
Service 3: Technical Restoration with Project Management by Engineer
- Pick-up of insured’s equipment.
- Restoration of equipment based on ACV’s and RCV’s.
- De-installation of all equipment at client’s request.
- Repair of non-functioning items that are repairable, by authorized service center, at client’s request.
- Re-certification or calibration of items at client’s request.
- Testing of all restored items for full functionality by TechLoss or an authorized service center.
- Disposal of items not restored or non functional at client’s request.
- Return of all restored and functional items to insured.
- A summary report addressing all items cleaned and items that cannot be repaired, with like-kind-and-quality replacement cost recommendations for the non-repairable items.
- Re-installation of all items at the client’s request.
- Storage of the equipment in a temperature controlled environment for up to 30 days after the restoration process is complete.
Billing Methods:
- Billing Method 1: Project will be billed as a project proposal and all expenses will be included. Typically used on large commercial scale projects.
- Billing Method 2: Work is billed hourly:
Service 1: $65/hour
Service 2: $85/hour
Service 3: $110/hour
Additional charges will be applied for chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Any expenses will be paid by TechLoss with a 15% mark-up.
3. Billing Method 3: Items will be charged at a flat rate per piece. Pick-up
And delivery of items is not included and will be invoiced separately. Price
sheet available upon request. Prices are subject to change if item is not a
standard residential item. Typically used on smaller residential projects.
Included with All Restoration Projects:
- Free estimate at the client’s request.
- A written quote prior to restoration of equipment.
- Handling of all logistics related to pickup and delivery of equipment being restored.
- De-installation, at no additional cost, of all restoration related equipment.
